What Ronaldo said about next season’s Champions League after Juventus win Serie A title

Juventus forward, Cristiano Ronaldo, has expressed his delight at winning the Serie A title, following their 2-1 win over Fiorentina on Saturday.

Nikola Milenkovic put Fiorentina ahead after six minutes, before Alex Sandro pulled Juve level 30 minutes later.

Fiorentina defender, German Pezzella, then diverted Ronaldo’s cross past his own goalkeeper to complete the comeback.

Ronaldo becomes the first footballer to win the Premier League, LaLiga and Serie A titles.

But the Portugal is eyeing success in the Champions League, following their quarter-final elimination in the hands of Ajax this week.

“I’m really happy that I won the Italian title in my first season.

“Of course, it did not go well in the Champions League, but there is next year,” he said according to Sky Italia.
